First Steps is the Mayor of London’s brand to promote low cost home ownership throughout Greater London. Further information on First Steps and guidance related to the First Steps brand can be obtained through the First Steps agent on 0844 406 9997.
Site signage is required on all sites funded by the Homes and Communities Agency's National Affordable Housing Programme (NAHP). All signage must feature the HCA logo, as per the artwork here. Details can be found in the Capital Funding Guide.

The HCA font is Daxline Pro. We are not able to provide font. It is available to purchase from many font suppliers’ websites.
If you don't want to use the Daxline Pro font, you can use Helvetica instead. Helvetica should also be used for all on-screen text.
