Richard Ennis

Executive Director – Finance and Corporate Services

Richard Ennis is our Executive Director – Finance and Corporate Services. Richard’s directorate covers finance, HR, IT, legal services, corporate assurance, performance management, facilities management, health and safety and procurement.

Richard was previously executive director of Corporate Resources at the London Borough of Ealing and prior to that Executive Director of Finance and Resources at the London Borough of Lambeth. He has also worked for the City of Westminster, Guildford and Slough councils, in addition to the Post Office and Lloyds Bank.
