The HCA London Board oversaw and directed the investment programme of the HCA in London prior to the responsibility for housing and regeneraton tranfering to the GLA on the 1 April 2012, within the scheme of delegation set by the HCA Board and having regard to the London Housing Strategy. It was chaired by the Mayor of London and involves a number of key stakeholders, together with HCA Board members.
